Jo is a Trustee and director of entities owned by high-net-worth individuals and on the advisory board of shareholder owned and run companies.

Jo was until recently the independent programme manager for the EY Darden executive programme in New Zealand and was previously a partner of EY.

Jo is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and alumni of the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia having completed several executive programs with them including The Executive Program.
